I'm not sure whether this is a bug or not (just upgraded from 3.0 to 3.2), so feel free to move this if necessary. I have the "show table of contents" checked in my preferences, but if I click on a multichaptered story it takes me to chapter one without bothering with the table of content. I've unchecked and re-checked the box, nothing happens.
Maybe this feature has been taken out altogether?
I'm pretty sure it's there.
Do you have "Display Table of Contents" checked in your user preferences?
I'm sorry, but due to my schedule, I am not available for commissions.
Yepp. Have it checked in my admin and my test account. It's not working in either of those two.
Huh. It's working on my site, not sure what's going on here.
In your site settings, under Display settings, do you have "Use story Index" set to "Yes"?
I'm sorry, but due to my schedule, I am not available for commissions.
It's a bug caused by some security we added.
The .zip has been updated to fix this error. There is also a link in the news forum to a .zip with the specific files to replace.
I can see the table of contents on my site correctly:

I think that this is solved.
Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.
