I didn't notice initially when I put the latest update on, but the footer is missing from the bottom of any page you go to.

It doesn't matter what skin you use, there's nothing there. And if you type in the footer information in Admin->Settings->Copyright Footer

The box is blank. You type stuff in it and click submit but it still doesn't appear anywhere.

Are you sure it was working for you before?  That's not  something I've touched.  It's working on my sites.  Go into phpMyAdmin and see what you've got in the fanfiction_messages table for a row called "copyright".  If you don't have a row called copyright, add one and it should take care of your problem.

It was working fine before this update. But when I go to the php field for it, it's completely blank. I typed stuff in there and now it's save it. However, if I edit that message in Admin using tinyMCE it erases the message. I'll try turning tinyMCE off and see if that makes a difference. (Or I guess I could go ahead and upload tinymce again (I never upload that when I do the updates because it takes so long).

Found a typo in the message I plugged into phpadmin, so I attempted to edit it in Admin->Settings->Copyright Footer (with TinyMCE off) and clicking SUBMIT wiped out the message also.

P.S. I see you've put out an updated 3.1.1, I'll go grab that. Thanks.

The revised magic you added to the 3.1.1 update worked. Thanks.
