I'm getting this one someone's profile. it doesn't show up on every profile, only hers:

I'm not sure if this may be of any help, but I received an eval() error when the user supplied an invalid output for the "MSN" field.
eta: saying that, I've just received that error. 😛 (and I disabled the MSN field to make it "work")
