Hi,
This is not realy a bug, but I think it's right placed in this board.

I'm still working on my translation, but the bigest part is done :-). I wanted to install the table data for panels, links and so on manually via the sql  files, because I translated the sql-Queries into
german before I installed the script. OK, all went fine, but now some of the adminfunctions are missing, version check for example. After an hour  of confusing error searching, I had A look at the date
of the original files distributed with the .zip. And here was the error: they seem to be a few months old, june or july 2006, when 3.0 was in early  beta status. I think you should put an updated copy of the .sql files into the docs folder for the next update.

Thanks!
Steffen

Umm... I don't know a lot about coding, but I do know that you shouldn't translate stuff that actually creates things. That's probably why it isn't working.

BAD idea. Translate the language files, not other things.

Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

No. I'm relativily familiar with mysql stuff  and I know what I'm doing. I had a look at the sql-inserts in panels.sql and the data for version check, admin manual and site maintenance were missing.

I'm translating this before install, because the manual installation is faster than translating the panels and links via the admin interface after installation.

He's talking about the mysql files in the docs/ folder for people that want to update manually.  He's right.  I forgot to update those.  I'll put them in this first update.
