missing comma in lang file

This was not fixed with the 3.3.1 upgrade.

It's line 254 of en.php:

define ("_STORYALERTNOTE", "%1$s by %2$s, one of your favorite stories at $sitename has been updated.<br><br><a href=""$url/viewstory.php?sid=%3$d&amp;chapter=%4$d">$url/viewstory.php?sid=%3$d&amp;chapter=%4$d</a>nn");[/code"]

Should be 
define ("_STORYALERTNOTE", "%1$s by %2$s, one of your favorite stories at $sitename, has been updated.<br><br><a href=""$url/viewstory.php?sid=%3$d&amp;chapter=%4$d">$url/viewstory.php?sid=%3$d&amp;chapter=%4$d</a>nn");[/code"]

Tammy's pointed out that both ways are correct.

You can read it as 'Story by Author' as the close, such as:

One of your favorite stories at Potions and Snitches has been updated.

So not a bug unless you want to change it in your own version.
