I keep getting these messages from the archive that have the subject "Author Response to Your Review" but they don't have any content, just:
Grizziesmom has responded to your review.

Except, I didn't review anything. I think it is the result of them trying to contact me from the site, but I am not sure from where, or how to fix it so that I get the messages, because I don't know what they are trying to say.

I get those messages all the time and the url takes me to a list of all the review I've given. It's supposed to be that way.

No - because I have given 0 reviews, so they are not a response to a review but an attempt of someone to contact me, and I have no idea how or what about. Since I have no reviews that I have written, that is all that url tells me.
I don't think that someone is trying to contact you this way, but maybe.
Did you try contacting Grizziesmom and asking her if she is trying to contact you?

You're the first person to have this problem. 🙁 If it's a bug, generally others are able to reproduce it. We all should be using the same script. I get Report This messages, and Contact Message through the archive fine. I get review notices fine as well.
Is someone else using your e-mail in their e-mail info area? You might want to check.
The review response e-mail goes to the e-mail listed in the account, so if MaryBeth is using your e-mail instead of hers, and leaves reviews, when the author responds the message gets sent to your inbox. You, however log in with your username, Lyssa, and so there are no reviews there waiting for you. The url listing the reviews is the same for everyone, so you wouldn't be able to tell.
That's just what I think is going on, but Grizziesmom isn't an author unless someone is reviewing a work that's hidden, or is in the Submissions que. Try searching your database for your e-mail just in case.

I just got an answer from one of the people who I responded to about it. They didn't contact me, but have been using the review system. Is it possible that I am getting all of the review response notifications? Where would that be?
The contact forms in general seem to be working fine, though I did add additional fields to the form. I still get those e-mails without a problem.
You shouldn't be getting other people's review responses e-mails at all. If you were getting all of them, you would be getting a ton, right? How many reviews are posted to your archive every day? How many e-mails do you get?
What exactly did you change in the form?
If I were you, I would look at the accounts of everyone here Grizziesmom replied to.

You're right. I'm not getting that many - BUT one of the ones that she replied to was an anonymous - unsigned review. I am getting an average of one or two a day of these. So, If I was getting all of the announcements that didn't have anywhere else to go, that might make sense.

I found an account that was doing reviews, but had somehow had a blank/missing e-mail address. I deleted the account, and have received no more messages like this. They were leaving somewhat condescending borderlining rude reviews anyway.
I don't know how they managed to not have an e-mail, or why the comments defaulted to me, but that seems to be what happened.
