During an advanced search, even if the user chooses "Most Recent" for the sorting method, the output is always alphabetical. The sort works correctly on other pages, such as browse titles, but not on the advanced search page.

Hmm... I went to test this bug, but I'm not even getting a sorting area now.

I see the sort option. It's right above the submit button.
The sorts for the pages of results, not the actual search form page. Didn't it used to have characters and stuff?
Maybe I'm just not remembering right, and I didn't realize the sorts are on the search page now. Probably. 🙂

I don't think the pages of results ever had the sort form, but I could be wrong. It could be added, I guess.
