I'm having difficulty adding someone else's story to a challenge. I can't access the author list, I just get this mysql error:
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.

Error: (1064) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1

I have tried the ideas posted Here --> https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=6858.0 the ideas given in the thread have not worked thus far.
Confirmed bug. Check the SVN on Monday. A fix is in the works.
Are there any updates on the fix for this issue? Or workarounds that do not involve logging in individually as each author/member?

Does the download of efiction 3.5.1 on Sourceforge have all the changes of the SVN?
I tried the module/challenges/challenges.php file on SVN update number 16, but it did not solve the problem. I'm thinking that maybe I am missing a different file?

I replaced my challenges.php code with the one from the SVN but I am still getting
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: SELECT count(distinct uid) FROM 88fanfiction_authorprefs WHERE stories > 0 AND author.penname LIKE 'S%'
Error: (1054) Unknown column 'author.penname' in 'where clause'
It will let me go through the pages by numbers though, so the problem is fixed in one way. Thanks Tammy. 🙂
