I have not installed "Challenges" module, yet I still have the "Author of: Challenges" link on my user stats page. (A bug in the upgrader from version 2 maybe?)
The wireless music box has no imaginable commercial value. Who would pay for a message sent to nobody in particular? (1920)

Can't be. There's nothing in the stats panel that refers to challenges. You must have installed it at one point and uninstalled it and that codeblock didn't get deleted. You'll need to delete it from phpmyadmin from the codeblocks table. Do a search for code_type 'AO' and module 'challenges' to find the one that needs to be removed.
