My personal favourite professional skin is known as Strapping. You can demo it here.

One other problem with the Vector skin is that the logo for the wiki must be 250x250 pixels. Strapping allows you to use logos of any size since they will actually be centred across the screen, instead of stuck up in the top left corner.
