Module - Expanded review ratings

The star rating is not used correctly by my readers. No one wants to give low star ratings even for stories that deserve it. All the stories are rated similarly, making the star rating somewhat useless.

It would be nice if we can give kudos to the story.

And if the star rating had multiple parts. I think that this would help writers get better feedback when readers don't want to write things out.

It would be great to have rating points for these and add them all together and divide them for a real rating:

Overall Enjoyment: 1-10

Grammar, spelling, and punctuation: 1-10

Formatting easy to read: 1-10

Length of chapter: 1-10

Writing style: 1-10

Can visualize easily: 1-10

Development of the plot: 1-10

Believable characters: 1-10

Fits the theme of archive: 1-10

Intensity: 1-10

Want to read more: 1-10

Random Challenge, Vote for Challenges

The challenges module is great but not utilized to its full potential. A block for the homepage is needed: listing a random challenge.

Additionally, it would be great to be able to add likes to challenges you like, and then for people to browse challenges by number of likes.

Pinboard

I'd love to have a pinboard module. A place where members can ask i.e. for betar eaders or all kinds of help. For admins to post some requests i.e. looking for moderators or such ...
Everyone should be able to answer to such a request - maybe via pn or a comment. And when fullfilled the member who opened the pin should be able to close and/or delete it.

a function to allow comments in different sections of the site, like Wordpress with smilies.

think this would be fab! :biggrin: you could add it to the custom pages and you could turn it on or off and tick box to allow comments

Language selection

I know efiction is currently in English, but it would be useful to have select language with flags to chose from as a block. I know this would mean getting the files to read in other languages. would this be difficult to do

just a thought :biggrin: I'm currently using google select language widget on my site.
